The family room is the heart of the home. It has high vaulted
ceilings, and is furnished to a very high standard. Here you
can enjoy watching family films on our 60" HD TV with our
excellent cable TV package,
or choose a DVD from the selection in the home. The portable
music system can be taken from room to room and the
complimentary CDs will keep you feeling upbeat even after a
tiring day at the parks. We also have a wireless internet
connection available.

The kitchen is fitted with every type of appliance; even the
most professional chef would be delighted! The open plan
feature of the kitchen mean that it has become the hub of
the house.

The formal Dining room is set out ready for when you have more
time to enjoy a relaxed meal in the tranquillity of the
home.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (7ft) and a range
of luxury cupboards, furnishings and a walk in wardrobe.
You can watch the extensive cable package from the
luxury of your bed.
It also has an en-suite with a large walk in shower and
dual vanity sinks and a roman bath. The bedroom offers
access directly on to the poolside.

The second master bedroom is the only
room located upstairs. It boasts a king sized bed, luxury
furniture, a walk in wardrobe, cable TV and an en suite
bathroom. This bedroom is very quiet and relaxing,
completely away from everything else going on in the villa.

This bedroom, located on the ground
floor, offers bunk beds, TV, en suite bathroom, walk in
wardrobes and doors opening directly onto the courtyard.
Bedroom's 3 and 4 both have separate en suite bathrooms with
basin's that connect to and share a bath with shower
attachment and toilet.

This room offers two single beds, a huge walk in wardrobe,
en suite washbasin and shared toilet and bath facilities
with bedroom 3.

Truly, a room to chill out in after a hard day at the
theme park.
Full size air hockey table, pool table, table football,
electronic dartboard and a cycling machine are just some
of the fun things to be found in this fully air
conditioned kids paradise.
A large comfortable sofa bed completes this area.

Accessible from bedroom 3 and the main dining area, this good sized courtyard
offers you somewhere to sit and relax with a book and a drink in the evening or
perhaps a bit of peace and quiet in the sun while the kids are going mad in the
pool?

Our fantastic pool and hot
tub / spa with private aspect are an ideal area to top up the tan
or just to cool down in at the end of the day.
In the evening you can relax in the spa
and enjoy a glass of champagne whilst watching the sun set.
Our large Lanai offers shade from the mid
day sun and provides an ideal area to sit and enjoy a glass
of fresh Florida orange juice whilst watching the children
playing in the pool.
The pool and Spa are heated to separate temperatures with
safe curtain and alarms in accordance with Florida state
Law.
